I love guayaberas ... this one does not disappoint. The individual wearing it wore a large - they are 6ft tall and 170lbs ... lean but with tush. The shirt fell just high enough to not have tush issues. We originally ordered a medium but it did not fit the tush area. There are buttons on the side to legible an extra inch but the slit is too short to be of value. I would recommend the company cut the slit 5” so the unbuttoning. An actually accommodate tush. The weight of the fabric is light which is typical - def benefits from a white tank below but not necessary. Will likely buy more.

Fits perfect, hope it doesn’t shrink
I have bought quite a few Guayaberas from Amazon, and have had pretty bad luck with the sizing on these shirts. I’m a big guy, and usually wear an XXL in any shirt i get. I’m 6’ tall, and weigh 235lbs. I’m a slim muscular guy with an average size chest and big shoulders, with a very slight beer gut, as I’m almost 50 years old. Based on experience and customer reviews, I ended up jumping all the way down to a Large shirt, and it actually fits perfect! It sits right, isn’t baggy, and it doesn’t fit like a dress 😂!!!! I gave it five stars, but since it is a 60% cotton, 40% polyester blend, I’m not sure if it’s gonna shrink or not. It would be nice if the company tells you if they are preshrunk or not, but they don’t. As of right now, it fits perfectly, I’ll comeback and update my review after the first wash of the shirt!!! Sizing is incredibly off, but for the price, it’s a pretty decent shirt. I included a photo of the shirt which proves the size and fit, it’s just got a lot of wrinkles from being shipped!
